Our Kaifeng manufacturing complex houses the full production cycle under one roof. Machining bays, sensor fabrication areas, electronics assembly lines, pressure test stations, and flow calibration rigs — every stage of production is co-located and managed by the same quality system.
It means our production engineers can walk between departments, track a meter from raw component to calibration certificate, and intervene at any point in the process. That kind of oversight is only possible when manufacturing is not distributed across a supply chain you cannot see.

Our production system is structured for configureability, not just volume. When an application requires something outside the standard catalog — a specific pressure class, a non-catalog connection geometry, a material combination for an unusual process medium, or OEM labeling for a distributor's brand — it is handled within the same facility and quality framework.
For OEM and distributor customers, we offer white-label assembly with custom nameplate labeling, adapted documentation packages under your brand, and modified packaging — all within our standard production and quality system, with the same lead times that apply to standard orders.
Small Batch & Pilot Production
Minimum order quantities are not a barrier. We produce single units and small-batch orders at the same process standard as high-volume contracts.
