Quality by design
Quality is not inspected in, it is built in
Our quality system operates as a sequence of gates — incoming component inspection, in-process assembly checkpoints, hydraulic pressure testing, electronics functional verification, flow calibration — with no meter advancing to the next stage until the previous one is passed.
This is not a procedure written on a wall. It is the daily operating reality of our production floor. The calibration certificate at the end of the process is the signature on work that has been controlled every step before it.
Our wet flow calibration facility tests meters against actual flowing water — not a mathematical simulation, not an inferred calculation. Each instrument is mounted in the test rig, brought to operating conditions, and measured against a certified reference standard. This is the only method that produces a calibration certificate with real meaning.
The calibration standard we work to is the master meter comparison method — our reference instruments are calibrated by third-party accredited laboratories and traceable to national measurement standards. This traceability chain is documented on every certificate we issue.
What Trade Shows Prove
"A flowmeter is only as reliable as the manufacturer who built it and the process that verified it. We built our quality system to earn trust that a spec sheet alone cannot give."
Quality Control Process
Structured System Across Every Stage of Production
Our quality control framework covers the full meter lifecycle — from incoming material review through final pre-shipment confirmation. Six core capability areas define how we manage consistency and reliability.
Incoming Component Review
Every flowmeter we produce — not a sample, not a batch representative — is individually calibrated on a traceable flow test rig and issued its own calibration certificate before it is allowed to ship.
Incoming Component Review
Every flowmeter we produce — not a sample, not a batch representative — is individually calibrated on a traceable flow test rig and issued its own calibration certificate before it is allowed to ship.
Electronic Subsystem Verification
Transmitter PCBs and display modules undergo burn-in and functional testing before integration. Output signals, communication behavior, and parameter storage are each confirmed at this stage.
Dimensional & Assembly Inspection
Meter body dimensions, sealing integrity, and assembly accuracy are checked at defined points in the production sequence. Consistent mechanical specification is verified before calibration begins.
Wet-Flow Calibration
Liquid flowmeters are calibrated on professional-grade flow rigs using gravimetric and master meter comparison methods. Accuracy, repeatability, and K-factor are verified across the operating range.
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Each unit is reviewed against its order specification, paired with its calibration certificate, and prepared for shipment with appropriate protective packaging for the intended transport conditions.

Pre-Delivery Calibration
Professional-Grade Calibration, Performed Before Every Diliver
Calibration is the process that connects a meter's stated accuracy to a real, our calibration work is performed on dedicated flow calibration equipment. Each meter is tested at multiple flow points, with a minimum of three measurements per point held for at least 30 seconds each. Results are documented and a calibration certificate is issued with the unit.
Calibration Facilities
Calibrated against standards that can be verified
Our calibration reference standards are traceable through NIM to the International System of Units (SI).
This traceability is not a technicality. It is what makes a calibration certificate meaningful — it is the documented proof that the accuracy claim on the certificate can be independently verified, anywhere in the world, against the same fundamental measurement standards.
♻️
Our liquid calibration rig is based on a ±0.1% reference magnetic flowmeter with gravimetric cross-checking. Each meter is tested at five points across the full flow range to confirm reliable performance under real operating conditions.
♻️
Gas calibration is performed on a critical flow nozzle standard with ±0.3% expanded uncertainty, traceable to NIM. Each thermal gas meter is calibrated on the specified gas, with operating conditions recorded for full traceability.
♻️
We apply a gravimetric weighing method based on collected mass over measured time, it does not depend on fluid property assumptions, it provides a highly fundamental liquid flow reference.
♻️
We verify analog, pulse, and digital outputs using calibrated instruments. Signal accuracy, loop resistance performance, and communication integrity are checked before the final calibration certificate is released.
What This Means for You
Fewer Concerns, Greater Confidence
For procurement engineers and project managers, supplier quality capability is not just a technical detail. It directly affects project risk, installation confidence, and long-term operating reliability. Here is how our QC system creates real value for users.
Confidence Before Installation
A calibrated meter with a certificate gives you independent confirmation of accuracy before the meter goes into service — not after a problem surfaces.
Consistent Batch Reliability
Our process applies the same checks to every unit. Repeat orders perform the same as the first — because the system that produced them is the same.
Documentation for Compliance
Calibration certificates and test records support your own inspection and procurement procedures — useful for regulated industries and audit requirements.
Reduced Commissioning Risk
Meters that have been fully verified before shipment arrive ready to commission. Fewer site-level issues. Less time troubleshooting. More predictable project timelines.
By the Numbers
Our Quality Commitment
0%
Every unit. No sampling.
We do not use statistical sampling for calibration. Every flowmeter we ship carries its own individual calibration record, performed on that specific serial number on a traceable test rig. There is no "equivalent unit" substitution.
0+
Flow test points per unit
Calibration is performed at a minimum of five flow points across the full operating range — not just at peak flow. This verifies linearity across the range your application will actually use, not just at the easy end of the scale.
0mo
Warranty from delivery
We stand behind our instruments with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from confirmed delivery. If a defect in materials or manufacturing is identified within that period, we address it — no procedural delays.
A quality system is only credible when it can be examined
