Product description
The full channel width measurement and control integrated measurement system uses the flow-area method measurement principle as the basic measurement method. It is composed of a full channel width electromagnetic flow sensor, a liquid level sensor and an intelligent converter. Its working principle is to measure the full channel width electromagnetic flow sensor. The obtained average flow velocity of the section is combined with the real-time water level measured by the liquid level gauge to calculate the section area. The average flow velocity of the section is multiplied by the section area to obtain the channel flow. Liquid level gauges of different principles and forms can be used to measure the water level of the section. The liquid level gauges are generally ultrasonic level gauges, pressure level gauges, etc.
The measurement system can be combined with gates, solar control systems, wireless communication remote control, etc. to achieve precise flow control functions. It is the basis of gate linkage control and irrigation area information solutions.

Notes for use 1. The installation location should be chosen as far as possible in a relatively straight section of the channel or river, and the instrument specification should be close to the channel width. 2. All connecting wires of the intelligent open channel flow measurement system should be as short as possible, avoid power cables as much as possible, and make the connection wires waterproof, moisture-proof, break-proof, and shielded to ensure that the wiring is correct. 3. Cooperate with gate control installation to choose flow meter with matching caliber.
